Benefits and Wage

Hiring incentives given to current employees for referring a new hire to the company when that new hire stays employed for 6 months.
Benco bases our starting wage on the work history provided in the application related to the IDD field that can be verified. Benco will also add a 3% increase for proof of an associate’s degree or a 6% increase for proof of a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree for all positions not requiring these degrees. Raises will be given as follows: 3% increase at 6 months, 5% at one year, 3% at one and a half years, 5% at two years of employment, and 6% increases annually thereafter until reaching the cap for the position.
