Serves: 4 Residents
The 29th Street program currently provides housing for 4 men and has one vacant room. Each resident has their own room to decorate and furnish how they choose. 24 hour staffing is provided and the staff have their own office space. Staff are sensitive to each individual’s needs and tailor the support provided to promote quality of life while ensuring health and safety needs are met.
A note from the Program Coordinator:
29th Street is a 24 hour residential program that has four amazing individuals that reside there. It is a challenging environment for staff because a big part of their job is having the ability to pick up on very subtle cues and understand non-verbal communication. 29th Street is a program where you will sing and dance with others regardless of how good you are at it or if you know the words or not! This program continues to enrich the lives of the residents even with the struggle of being chronically understaffed. In the last year, we have heard from physicians, urologists and the neurologist that they couldn’t believe how good each person we support is doing. They look better than ever before and have exceeded their life expectancies by a decade or more for a few of the guys. It is a result of the quality of care that is given by the amazing staff. That is truly something that we all are very proud of. 29th Street serves fantastic residents and has stupendous staff!

Employee of the Month!
of Stone Street.
I would like to nominate Dalton for employee of the month.
Dalton is a dependable, respectful, committed, and dedicated employee not just to Stone Street but to Benco.
Dalton has committed himself to cover a weekend shift for a staff that went on leave in January. I have not had an issue with Dalton being tardy, absent from a shift due to sickness, complaints of being tired, or requests to take time off.
He avails himself to assist their shift partners, adjust their schedule to help accommodate others and the program to ensure adequate coverage as well as assist another program with transportation when they are short with coverage
With all that being said, I nominate Dalton Rabaino!.
Program Coordinator at Stone Street
